@IP Coach,

First of all, thanks much for your interest and kind words on Pagico! We really appreciate it! To your question, I'm sorry but the iPad app will take some time as we're focusing on the iPhone app right now. Please stay tuned to our blog and/or our twitter feed.

Thank you!

Hi, Being à consultant I am now orienting on systems like Pagico ( timemaster, daylite, omnifocus). Key for me are sync possibilities and local storage. So far I am very impressed by Pagico but am wondering when THE IPad app Will be releases.....?

What I want to do with iPad. Sync!

Contacts. Todo's and all that good stuff.

I really just want to take the iPad around and use it to take notes and plan stuff to bring it home and sync it with my laptop.

Have two ipads (workgroup) bring them home and sync with each other and the computer.The ipad is an extension of my laptop and I would love to implement it into my buisness.

This is probably all obvious stuff, just thought I would voice it.

Thanks!

I prefer seeing an app for the iPAD before iPhone. I carry the iPAD on short trips because it gives me a light weight PC that is instant on with a large enough screen to make it a usable tool. I also have Dropbox on the iPAD, which I use to store my Pagico data base. I have been evaluating Pagico on my office PC and so far I am very impressed. If you would put this on to an iPAD I would recommend it to everyone.
I would also say that the small screen of an iPhone or iPod is just not large enough to be a good place to display something like Pagico.

Hi, I have downloaded you app and it is exactly what I have been looking for except for this iPad thing... I want to take my iPad to all meetings and then come back and be able to synchronize everything (notes, tasks etc.) with my desktop easily. An iPad Version would be much more than welcome...

@Jay and all,

Thanks for the input! It really helps shaping the upcoming iPhone app, which is in the work now. We'll for sure disclose more details later.

I would love to see Pagico for iPad, but just as much (if not more) I'd love to see the little Pagico "quick entry" app for iPhone. My most common GTD issue is having a day away from my desktop computer and thinking of a bunch of "to dos", which end up going into a note file on my iPhone... and then the notes don't get entered into a GTD system before some of them have come due! As a result, for a while I used OmniFocus just so I could manage the same data on my iPhone and desktop computer, but I prefer the power and flexibility of Pagico. I guess the ideal would be a sophisticated viewer/manager for iPad (including the ability to link directly to emails in Mail stored on IMAP servers as to-dos!), and a simpler list/add-task manager for iPhone... with everything dumping info directly into Pagico via MobileMe so that there's no worry about things being out-of-sync, but with a backup option for "direct sync" for those times we need to get our data synchronized sans Internet!

Pagico on iPad. Great!
My recommendations - although I might repeat myself - are following:

iPad (iPhone OS devices) do not have a common database for files (not officially), but allow cross-references (into some extend). But general manager program for it is missing. I mean a program to link various pieces of info together - pictures to contacts, contacts to notes, conversations to projects, projects to files etc. for all that exist separarate application databases but there is NONE to put those pieces together (note, that I do not mean to keep them necessarily within Pagico application, although a possibility, but rather interlink to/from other applications).
There is a very competitive application called Evernote, but it does not provide much sequentiality based on dates, categories or contacts.
Now to the Pagico possibilities - if Apple approves that and you decide to go this way- could be A CENTRAL REPOSITORY for all. Like a central manager. Plus ability to add extras to anything - like info to files, conversation commments to contacts, or additional info not provided by contact app etc.
For that I suggest to create icon based interface among the sides of the screen, with each icon clearly representing a function - sort of app icons with short description. Then allow to throw in anything onto clear middle - dashboard - for adding/connecting various pieces of info.
Technically I do not know if that would be possible - like to externally access any type of app or its data at least through export/import - but would be really cool.
That is how I imagine Pagico to be THE APP!
Take care.
