Now it’s official!! The P+ (Pagico for iPad) is now available on the App Store! Click here to grab it!

Also available is the Pagico v5.1 r1216, which is required to sync with our recently updated Workspace servers, which covers both the Workspaces functionality as well as the inboxSync feature. The new version is available in the download section, currently ready for Windows and Mac. The Linux version is being prepared and will soon be offered.

Note: If iTunes says it’s not available in your regional AppStore, just wait a little while. There are certain stores will get the app sooner than others.

Note: If you attempted to join a workspace on P+ but failed (with an error code 4A), that was caused by an incorrect version detection on our servers and this issue has been addressed. Simply try joining the same workspace again and it should work right away.

UPDATE 1: We found a bug (in 1.0.8) that might cause the app to get stuck when you launch the app again some time after the initial launch. We’ve submitted a revision and it is currently being reviewed (kudos to the review team to respond to my urgent request!). Soon you’ll see a new revision showing up as 1.0.10, addressing this issue (and a number of other improvements), and it is recommended to update when you get a chance.

UPDATE 2: The new update, v1.0.10, is now available in the App Store. Thank you for all your patience!

UPDATE 3: We just discovered that Pagico on Windows cannot connect with our U.S. East Coast Workspace Server at this moment. This is caused by a mismatch of the SSL module version between the client and the server. We are working on it to resolve this issue, and an update will be released to address it. In the mean time, Pagico for Windows should have no problem connecting to the North Central servers.

UPDATE 4: Pagico v5.1 r1217 is now released for Windows, addressing the previously mentioned sync issue with the U.S. East Coast server. Head over to the Download Section to grab the update.

UPDATE 5: Pagico v5.1 r1216 is now available for Ubuntu. These new packages are compatible with Ubuntu 11.10 32-bit and 64-bit. (Since it’s compatible with both 32-bit and 64-bit, Ubuntu might complain that the package is of bad quality, and this is normal).

Cheers,
Ryo

As we are getting closer to the official release of P+, I’d like to take this opportunity to go over some of the things that are important to our beta testers. Just to be clear: things described in this article are only relevant to our P+ and Workspace beta testers. This is fairly important, because we are planning to hit the reset button on our workspaces on December 9th 10:00pm, Eastern Standard Time.

Greetings folks! I just wanted to share something very exciting with you: We submitted the P+ for iPad to the iOS AppStore for review earlier today. It was an exciting moment that was also unreal. I cannot believe that a couple of months ago we were still at the drawing board going back and forth for the different designs and approaches, and just a few months later we’re talking about 1.0 now!

Of course, again I’d like to thank all of you who participated our beta program and provided feedback. We cannot be here without your part!

Thank you all, and have a great Thanksgiving weekend!

Hello all!

As we’re moving closer to the release of P+ on iPad, we’re also making tons of updates to all the relevant parts — the long-awaited Pagico ID, the Workspace server algorithm, and of course, the desktop Pagico apps. Today I’m happy to announce the availability of another v5.1 revision, Pagico v5.1 r1209. While this revision does not include any new feature, it does come with a number of bug fixes and feature improvements that are closely related to workspace and P+. So if you have been working with Workspaces, or if you are currently beta testing P+ on iPad, you definitely want to get this update!

Greetings everyone!

In the past few months we’ve been closely monitoring our beta Workspace service, and we’re glad to find out that things have been working quite nicely with only a few minor changes made during the time. As a result, we’re excited to let you know that we are expanding our beta service by introducing a second server location in the U.S. East Coast region, while the original server is located in the U.S. North Central area.
