Hi Michael: About memory and space limitation of Pagico, the only limitation would be the size of your hard drive.

I'm sorry about the learning curve, which is caused by those unique features. However, we're doing our every effort (writing tutorials, recording screencasts, etc) to make it easier. :-)

I am a counselor in a residential treatment center for children and I am setting up Pagico in my laptop to help me keep track of the mounds of notes and paperwork. I set up topics for specific forms that have to be completed periodically and topics for treatment plans for each client. I set up each client as a "relation", keep track of phone calls, therapy notes, etc. there and link them back to the topics pages for forms, treatment plans, etc. The learning curve was a bit steeper than some other programs, but I am now very excited. What are the limitations in terms of memory/space in Pagico? A reoccurring task feature would be very handy.
