I'm sorry about the learning curve, which is caused by those unique features. I set up topics for specific forms that have to be completed periodically and topics for treatment plans for each client. I set up each client as a "relation", keep track of phone calls, therapy notes, etc. there and link them back to the topics pages for forms, treatment plans, etc. The learning curve was a bit steeper than some other programs, but I am now very excited. What are the limitations in terms of memory/space in Pagico? A reoccurring task feature would be very handy.
