Hi all,
Starting from January 11th afternoon (around 15:00 EST or so), our web server suffered from serious issues. This website as well as the activation service were down for almost 6 hours, and came back on at 21:00 EST. During this time, all users could not activate their licenses or initiate new free trials.
We sincerely apologize for this unexpected incident, and we’ll take necessary measures to prevent similar incidents from happening again as much as possible.
Now that everything is back to normal, I would like to say THANK YOU to all of you, for your patience and understanding. We do appreciate it very much!!

Yep, I agree we didn’t post our recent activities lately. Our development pace has temporarily slowed down a tiny bit, and we’ll resume full speed progress in just a few days, followed by the public testing of the long-waited Channels!
