Introduction
Pagico ID
When you launch P+ for the first time, it will ask you to log in with your Pagico ID account which allows you to synchronize inbox data with our cloud servers. If you do not have your Pagico ID account yet, you can tap on the "Create New Account" link to set up one right away.
At a glance
Once you are logged in, you will see that P+ offers three primary sections in the toolbar:
- Dashboard
A summary of your schedule, three viewing modes available. - Inbox
Store quick notes and random tasks. - Workspaces
Manage projects and contact profiles.
No matter which section you are at, you can always start writing new notes and tasks by tapping on the plus (+) icon located at the lower left corner.

Using the Inbox
The Inbox is the place where you can store random tasks, quick notes and things that don't belong to projects or contact profiles. The Inbox is also the default location for tasks and notes created using the plus (+) icon located at the lower left corner.
Items stored in Inbox can be moved to projects or contact profiles if needed. To do so, swipe on the item to reveal the toolbar, and then choose "Move".
Using Workspaces (Manage Projects and Contact Profiles)
This is where you can manage projects and contact profiles. With your purchase of Pagico Plus, you should already have a workspace set up for you. Tap on the workspace to get into it, and you will be able to create new projects or contact profiles by tapping the "compose" icon at the bottom toolbar.
Please note that the workspace and project list may only be visible when you are holding the device in the landscape mode.
To perform administrative actions with a workspace such as inviting more participants or renaming, please swipe on the workspace item to reveal the control panel.
Synchronizing with Pagico on Your Computer
If you also have Pagico installed on your computer(s), you can easily connect the two and synchronize data.
The Inbox data can be synchronized using the InboxSync feature. Simply put, you just need to use the same Pagico ID account in Pagico on your computer.
To share projects and/or contact profiles with Pagico on your computer using the complimentary workspace, you need to use Pagico on your computer to join it. Learn more.

Creating New Workspaces
In order to collaborate with your team, you need bigger workspaces. You can instantly create new workspaces using your Pagico ID account. Log in with your Pagico ID, or Learn more about Workspaces.
Inviting Peers
Once you have your workspaces created, you (as workspace owner) can invite your colleagues to join the same workspace to share data and collaborate on projects.
You can create invitation codes in your Pagico ID account.
To perform administrative actions with a workspace such as inviting more participants in P+ on iPad, please simply swipe on the workspace item to reveal the control panel.
Joining Workspaces
If you are being invited, you just need to join the workspace by using the invitation code.
As a security measure, each invitation code can only be used once. Therefore, there's no need to keep or safeguard the invitation code. Should you need to join the workspace again, or join on a different computer/device, you simply need to another invitation code.

Locating the Settings Panel
The Settings panel for P+ is located in the iOS System Settings app. You can configure a number of things about P+, including the login duration (how long you will have to log in with Pagico ID again), and the toggle to enable the in-app notification panel that is optimized for Smart Covers.
About the In-App Notification Panel
If you have the Apple Smart Cover for iPad, then you definitely want to check out the In-App Notification Panel feature. When enabled, P+ will present your tasks for the current day in a small panel, so you can quickly preview your daily schedule by lifting up the smart cover just a little bit (see the picture below as an example).
