Browse schedule in iCal-compatible calendar apps
If you manage your schedules in calendar applications, please read on.
This article shows how to browse tasks and activities in Pagico right from 3rd party calendar applications.
Connect Pagico with your calendar app, step by step.
Click “Preference” displayed at the bottom of the screen
Click “Your Schedule in iCal Format”
Select to Subscribe
Select “Auto Refresh” and leave “Remove alarms’ and “Remove to do items” unchecked.
By doing so, the schedule info in Pagico is synchronized to your calendar application automatically.
Your schedule is synchronized.
Your schedule in calendar apps is synchronized, as long as you checked the “Auto refresh” option in your calendar application.

How do I sync only important dates and appoitments into ical? I don’t want to have all my tasks and to do’s in the calender or else it becomes completely full.

I’m sorry sir but currently you can only sync all activities and tasks with iCal. And we don’t have plans to make such features for now (it’ll be too complicated to achieve such goals).

When I sync with iCal, only the date shows up, not the time. How can I fix this?

Testing the demo with thoughts of buying, but have a couple questions about the calendar mode.
1. Any plans for showing the time of an activity (appointment) in the dashboard view when mouse hovering over a color block? Very helpful for determining conflicting appointments. I know I could do this in iCal, but if I’m using Pagico, it would be nice not to have to go out to check.
2. Any plans for reciprocal syncing from iCal to Pagico rather than just read only Pagico calendar in iCal?
3. Any plans for being able to create an activity from topic mode/view vs just a task, i.e., schedule an appointment/mtg with someone. That way it would appear in the activities list along with activities/appointments created in contact mode.
4. Any chance of having location information appear in iCal after sync rather than having to include it in the title of the activity/meeting?
5. I see in your preview video for the new beta that one will be able to scroll the calendar/schedule. That takes care of what would have been Question No. 5
