Make good use of “Auto-keyword” (UPDATED)

Thanks to “Auto-keyword”, Pagico keeps your data connected. It’ll never be a trouble to switch among your tasks, topics and contacts.

Keyword in Pagico refers to a topics title or a contact name, e.g. “Welcome” and “Pagico Team” respectively.
Once been referred in Text paragraphs in topics or tasks and activities, no matter a topic title or a contact name, it’s automatically transformed into click-able link.

Additionally, once have been referred in an activity, a certain topic will automatically quote that activity. For example, you log an activity as “I have attended a lecture about web design guideline (note that is a topic title) given by Tom.” Then, this activity will be automatically included in the topic “Web design guideline”.

  • How can I relate Tom who used to be a web designer to the topic “Web design guideline” ?

    • It’s simple. You just mention the name “[Tom]” (make sure you use the square bracket) in the topic of “Web design guideline”, or use the relative feature which can be found in the foot note area of the topic.

  • What shall I do if I forget the title of the topic that I want to refer?

    • Don’t worry! You can search for it by entering an approximate title in the search bar, e.g. “web” or “guideline” etc. Pick up the right one and enter it.

    Since Pagico v2.1, you need to use “square brackets” to create references to persons and topics.

      Ladies and gentlemen:

      I’ve been using your product for a few days and am very impressed. However, there’s not a lot of information about “sharing” information. I’ve used the Pagico product to create separate “topics” that have many, many individual “tasks.” I need to share the list with my supervisor so she knows what I am working on.

      The “Flash” player doesn’t depict my entire list. How do I share content with someone? I’ve checked the “Blog” and don’t find the information I need there, so please advise. Did I miss a step?

      Hi Chris:
      There is no built-in share feature right now. To share a topic with your friend, please either print it out or export it. The exported document can be opened on any computer, or can be uploaded to any web servers as well.

      Hi,

      I am using the trial version of Pagico, but I cannot get the export function to work?
      I select a topic and then at the bottom of the page click Export this Topic. I select the style and then I get a blank window - nothing happens?

      Am I doing something wrong?

      Vsn 2.3.1029 on Mac OSX 10.4.10

      Hi MarkF: Did you have images in the topic you were trying to export? There’s a known issue that some times you’ll get a blank window when exporting a topic containing images.

      This bug will be addressed in our upcoming release.

      I’m trying to export one of the example topics supplied with the program - ‘Welcome to Pagico’; I can’t see any images in this topic?
