The hosting company started the recovery right after the server crash, but it eventually took over 48 hours before they could get everything back online. During the website down time, we made sure that the workspace cloud sync service was not interrupted, so for our existing customers, the impact should be minimal.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;d like to take this opportunity to apologize for the inconvenience, and to also say thank you to all for your patience while the trouble was being resolved. We take our products and services very seriously, and being available at all times is critical to both us and our customers. We&#8217;d like you to know that we&#8217;re doing everything we can to make sure that incidents like this won&#8217;t happen again in the future.<\/p>\n<p>Once again, thank you to everyone for your patience!
