With tons of great new improvements, we believe the majority Ubuntu desktop users would upgrade.<\/p>\n<p>So, is our Pagico ready for it yet?<\/p>\n<p>As you might notice that Ubuntu releases major updates pretty frequently &#8212; averagely once every year or even less than a year. And with the introduction of each major release, there are a number of substantial change under the hood, breaking the compatibility of many applications. That&#8217;s why for Ubuntu systems, we have one package for 8.04 and one for 8.10. And this 9.04 is no exception, too.<\/p>\n<p>After some brief tests, we found out that the Pagico for 8.10 package does NOT work on the new 9.04, although the installation went flawless. <\/p>\n<p>Right now we&#8217;ve located the issue (which is an easy fix), and we&#8217;re in the process of producing a new release for it. Hopefully we can deliver the new package for 9.04 during this weekend.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Update: Pagico seems to break only on 9.04 fresh installs<\/strong><br \/>\nOn our test machines that were upgraded from 8.10 to 9.04, Pagico works well.
