How can you make a new feature easy to learn and use? By not introducing new features. That's right. What we created is a hidden component that will magically connect your projects and profiles with the ones in your teammates' databases.
To bring projects and profiles into the desired channels, just check the items in the popup menu. Everything shared in a channel will be available to all the channel participants. And to remove an item from a channel, simply un-check that channel from the menu.
It's that simple.

We spent tons of time trying to make sure that the Channels functionalities are simple and flexible. It is like a big simple collaborative platform, and ways to use it are simply unlimited.
For example, you can join any number of channels at the same time; and one project (or contact profile) can be shared in any number of channels.
With this flexible design, you can easily set up and work with different groups of people with different purposes.
With Channels, shared projects and contact profiles are transparently synchronized into your database, just as if they're yours. You can do search, export, and even see tasks right in your dashboard flowchart! And when you make changes, Pagico will sync with the cloud right away.
And when someone else makes changes, updated data will be automatically pushed to your database.
Offline editing is also supported. So you can work anywhere, any time. All your changes will be synchronized as soon as you are back online.

Channels are not password-based — they are invitation-based. That means owners can easily invite participants (and set privileges). The invitations expire immediately after used.
One less password to worry about for everyone.
We are running our cloud servers in a professional and secured data center in Atlanta, Georgia, to ensure that you are enjoying the best performance and security.
Plus, the transmission of data between you and the servers are encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology (pretty much the same as online banking systems).
Just FYI: The Channels feature is designed for data synchronization rather than data backup, and our cloud servers do not store revisions at this moment. It means that in our cloud servers we only keep the most current version of your data, and it is still your responsibility to backup your databases.
