Hi all,

Recently we’ve been working on a new feature in Pagico v4.1, and we’re just too excited to wait until the release of v4.1 to let you know about it. So here it is: the new “Reference” feature. Ever wished that all the tasks linked to a profile could be displayed right in that profile? Or, maybe you have multiple teammates working on the same projects. Ever wished to see all the tasks scattered among profiles be displayed in the related topic (project)? Well, now we’ve made it possible!

Speaking of a new feature, there isn’t something new for you to learn how to use — instead, it works right out of the box. Just take a look at the screenshot below.

The new "Reference" feature in Pagico v4.1

As you can see, there is a new section called “References” in the footnote area. And this section is available to both contact profiles and topics. And this is fully automatic — that means it will automatically pick up all the tidbits that have links pointing to the current profile (or topic).

Want to see another great example of this feature? Check this out! Want to keep track of your gift list? You know it’s going to be very helpful (oh, and did I mention this is extremely easy to use? ;-) ).

Hope you’ll like it!

;-) Ryo

  1. Great, that is what I am waiting for.

BTW next to a company database I now work with a personal one too. How would you add Birthdays as dates as returning issues in the timeline? Would be great to do that …

  2. [...] Starting from this version, your cross-reference links (e.g. [Project Title] or [P0002-2491], etc) will automatically will also register as a little footnote in the target topic / profile. And the best part is that you don’t need to do anything to start using this feature — everything is automatic. Nothing to learn, tons of gain. Learn more about this from here. [...]
