A new online help site for Pagico

We’ve been busy in the past week, not just working on the final release of the Pagico 3.2, sorting out bugs on Windows, but also working on a brand new support site for Pagico: an Online Help for Pagico 3.2.

We’ve been using the PDF-format user manual since the very beginning of Pagico, now it’s been almost two years. We’ve figured that the PDF user manual wasn’t really helpful or effective, as the content wasn’t very well organized, so users might not benefit a lot from reading it — although it almost covered all the important information. Also, as the product keeps evolving fast, keeping the PDF version up to date has been a challenge to us.

So, we’ve decided to get rid of that big boring textbook, and create an online version of it, which will be much easier for us to update, and more importantly, much easier for users to read and navigate.

As we’re approaching the end of the development stage of the online help site, I’d like to ask for your opinions. What would you want to see in the new help site? More feature description? Or more real-world examples on using the features effectively?

Here’s a screenshot of the new site.
