Happy New Year! We’re excited to kick off 2026 with a fresh Pagico update that focuses on one of our most requested features, along with several quality-of-life improvements and important stability fixes.
What’s New in the January 2026 Edition
Custom Weekly Task Repeating
You can now create tasks that repeat on specific days of the week—such as Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This long-requested feature gives you much more flexibility when planning recurring work, especially for routines that don’t follow a simple daily or weekly pattern.
This new custom weekly repeating capability is available in Pagico for desktop today and is also coming to Pagico Mobile for iOS and Android. The mobile updates are currently under review by Apple and Google and should be available within the next few days.
New Smart Search & Smart List Criteria
Pagico’s smart search and smart lists are now even more powerful. You can search for—or automatically generate a list of—tasks that are assigned to a specific teammate. This makes it easier to track responsibilities, review workloads, and stay on top of collaborative projects.
Fixes and Improvements
- Fixed UI glitches related to the note formatting toolbar
- Resolved issues affecting the initialization of the Automated Workflow component
- Various under-the-hood bug fixes and stability improvements

Looking Ahead
We’d also like to be transparent with you. Over the past months, some of our attention has been divided due to the launch of our new project, Opusonix.
