Since its start, the Workspace cloud sync service has been constantly evolving. A few weeks ago we just upgraded everyone’s team workspaces with larger team member capacity, and we upgraded our East Coast server to meet the increased demand.
Now, we’d like to let you know that we’re about to upgrade our UC workspace server as well at this time. The upgrade will be performed on November 14 from 12pm to 2pm.
During this time, all the inboxes, as well as all workspaces that are hosted on the UC workspace server, will stop syncing. The cloud sync sequence will resume automatically once the upgrade is completed. Once upgraded, the UC workspace server will offer significantly improved sync performance and service reliability.
