UPDATED – Scheduled Maintenance: Nov 25

UPDATE: We will have a second round of server maintenance on Thursday, November 25, 2021 between 10:00pm and 10:30pm Eastern Standard Time, to finish up our server-side software upgrade.

Dear all, this is to let you know that on November 20th, 2021, between 10:00pm and 10:30pm Eastern Standard Time, the U.S. East Coast data servers will go down for a scheduled maintenance. During the down time, data sync through the East Coast servers will be on hold. Your Pagico software will continue to function as normal, but data sync operations will only resume after the downtime. All the changes you made during the downtime, if any, will be automatically uploaded and synced as soon as the servers are back online.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience!

Scheduled Maintenance on January 3rd, 23:00 EST (Update: Completed)

Dear all,

Happy New Year! We will be performing a routine server-side software maintenance on the US West Coast data sync server on January 3rd at 23:00 EST (20:00 PST). The down time is expected to be around 20 minutes.

Update Jan 3 2021 @ 22:53pm: The server maintenance is underway. Thank you for your patience!

Update Jan 3 2021 @ 34:30pm: The server maintenance has been completed and the data sync service has been restored.

What to Expect

During the down time, your normal Pagico operation, including the usage of the desktop and the mobile apps, will not be interrupted. The usage of Pagico ID portal will not be affected. However, if you are syncing data through the US West Coast server, then your data sync will be on hold until the server is back online. You will not lose data, as all the changes will still be stored locally on your device.

[Service Status Update] Pagico ID Services Restored

At around 12:00pm EST on Wednesday April 25, a server-side software update unexpectedly brought in incompatible changes that negatively affected the Pagico ID service. As a result, new accounts couldn’t be created, existing accounts couldn’t be authenticated in Pagico, and workspace auto-join actions couldn’t be completed. As of 8:30pm on April 25, these issues have been resolved and all Pagico ID actions are performing nominally.

If you encountered strange issues during this time, please kindly try your action again and they should be working as expected at this point.

[Service Update] Email delivery restored after the Amazon AWS outage on Feb 28

Update: The AWS issues had been sorted out later on Feb 28.

Since approximately February 28 12:00pm EST, Amazon AWS cloud services started to experience outages. This incident has widespread outcome affecting a large number of websites and services. As a result, email deliveries such as the order confirmation and license retrieval may take a little longer to complete (but they do work). Workspace data sync is not affected at the moment, but they are hosted on AWS EC2, which may experience outage shortly, depending on the changing situation. We’ll keep you informed if this changes.

Your Pagico data on your computers & devices will not be affected by this incident.

U.S. West Coast Workspace Server: Scheduled Maintenance on Oct 22

The U.S. West Coast workspace server will briefly go down for maintenance today at 11am EST. The maintenance is expected to take no more than 30 minutes. Your workspace sync, as well as Inbox sync, will be temporarily on hold, and they will resume automatically as soon as the services are back up.

Scheduled Maintenance for Workspace Server US East Coast (UPDATEDx2)

On June 17 at 23:00 June 18 00:00 Eastern Standard Time, the US East Coast workspace server will go down for approximately 20 minutes to perform a series of software updates. During the down time, all workspaces on the U.S. East Coast server will stop syncing. Sync will automatically resume after the server comes back.

Update at 01:00: The system update is almost finished. Server should be up very soon.

Update at 01:40: The system update has been concluded.

Update: InboxSync & North Central Workspace Server Upgrade Completed

Dear all,
We’re happy to report that the upgrade of the North Central Workspace Server has been completed. And sync services are restored within the expected timeframe. Due to the fact that the upgrade also involved DNS changes, certain users may experience a slightly longer downtime. But by now service should be up and running for pretty much everyone. If you’re still experiencing any sync service interruption, please feel free to let us know by sending us an email.
