As you might know, recently we’ve been working on the iOS app, and we’re quite excited about our progress. More on this will be shared with you guys later. But while we’re working on that, we were also monitoring the usage of the Workspace service. There was one glitch that was brought to our attention: in some cases the sync process will be infinite — it just goes on and on until you quit the program. And this is really annoying (and resource-hogging on the server side).
After analyzing the logs (tons of them!), we realized that this issue was caused by sharing empty projects (or contact profiles). So we’ve made the necessary changes on the server side, and you should not experience anything like this any more. But if you do, or if you spotted anything else that feels weird, please never hesitate to contact us. We will super appreciate your feedback on this.
