Pagico August 2025 Edition (UPDATEDx1)

Hi everyone,

We’re back with the Pagico August 2025 Update, a maintenance-focused release that brings important bug fixes to keep your task and project management experience smooth and reliable.

Here’s what’s been improved:

Better Floating Toolbar for Notes

In some cases, the previous formatting toolbar for notes may cover the title and the note body unexpectedly. With the adjusted design, this would never happen again!

Rapid Day Planner Bug Fix

Previously, newly created projects and contacts may not be readily available when you work in the Rapid Day Planner. This issue has been resolved.

In addition, moving items up/down within the same list (e.g. Today, or Tomorrow) on the Rapid Day Planner would no longer trigger unexpected due date changes.

Better File Sync on Windows
We fixed an issue where data sync may not properly handle attached files on Windows systems in certain cases. Your files should now sync seamlessly across all platforms.

Smarter, More Accurate Search
We’ve addressed two bugs in the search engine:

  • Negative conditions (e.g., “does NOT contain”) now work as expected
  • In rare cases, search results may have missed some items—this has been resolved

Inbox Rendering in Manual Order Mode
For users using Manual Order in the Inbox, we fixed an issue where items might not render correctly. Everything should now appear as intended.
