Sync issues are being investigated (UPDATEx4)

Dear all,

P+ as well as a number of new updates to Pagico for desktop was released over the weekend. While most of the things worked out reasonably well (especially consider that P+ is a v1.0 product), there are a few things that didn’t work out quite well, with the workspace sync having a number of minor glitches.

I just wanted to let you know that we are aware of the issue, and we’re investigating in this issue as we speak. Thanks to most of you who also provided detailed information about the issues, I’m sure we can get this straightened out very shortly.

Thank you all again for all your inputs, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I’ll get back to you guys with good news in the next day or two.

UPDATE 1: We found a bug that caused issue when creating items in P+ Inbox, and submitted a new revision. In order to make sure it does not affect more people, we temporarily pulled P+ from the AppStore, until the next revision gets approved. Sorry for the inconvenience!

UPDATE 2: The P+ app with sync issue resolved is still waiting to be reviewed. We’ll let you know as soon as Apple approves it. On the other hand, we have a new revision of Pagico v5.1 for your desktop computers. The new revision is r1218, and it addresses an issue where the inboxSync feature might trigger excessive sync actions. It’s a minor issue, but it’s recommended if you use the inboxSync feature. Head over to the download section to grab it.

UPDATE 3: We finally found it! At least we hope that we got this issue resolved by now. Anyways, a new Pagico v5.1 (r1219) is now available for Mac and Windows. This version addresses an issue where in some rare cases that Pagico can become “sync happy”. It also addresses an issue that might render the Inbox data corrupted. Again, please head over to the download section to get it. Sorry for the rapid-fire updates, but we believe (and hope!) that this is the end of it. Thank you for all your patience and inputs!

UPDATE 4: The revised P+ app (v1.0.12) has been approved by Apple, and it’s now available in the App Store. If you cannot see it, just wait for a little while and it should show up. Thank you for all your inputs!
