Let us know how P+ works

Greetings, folks!

P+ for iPad has been released for just over a week now. While overall it was a nice and exciting launch, we did have some last-minute issues in our first revision. Moreover, Apple’s app review process didn’t help either — even though we were able to quickly identify issues and produce new versions, those updates had to wait 2-4 business days before it can make it to the App Store. But in the end, I’m glad that the review team has been fairly quick (both updates took no more than 3 business days to release), and the updates have been effective, addressing several issues.

Now, things seem to be on the right track, as the number of support requests has been decreasing quite nicely. So we’re finally able to get some sleep!! In the mean time, I do want you to know that this is still a v1 product, and we are committed to make it as awesome as possible. So please feel free to let us know what you think. All your inputs are, as always, greatly valued and appreciated. And if you encounter any problems, please do let us know as well.

Also, we’d like to encourage you to write reviews on the App Store, especially if you liked our ideas! But, I do want to add that while it’s completely OK to write anything you like, the reviews section is not an ideal place for support requests or issue reports. We, as developers, are usually frustrated by some of the comments, partly because that we cannot resolve the issues due to the lack of details, and partly because that there’s absolutely no way we can respond to your comments. So, I’d like you to know that contacting us for technical issues would be the best way, and we’re fully committed and will do everything we can to make the app great.
