This is a small Pagico 9 maintenance update that addresses two small but potentially annoying issues:
- Fixed an issue where clicking on a link in a note may accidentally activate the note editor
- Compatibility Fix for Pagico on Ubuntu
- More user friendly messages when network requests to our server fails
