Pagico Professional Edition has been our flagship product, and we’ve been working hard to make it even better. The latest iteration will be offered as a single edition, called Pagico for Desktop (version 6). In order to make this iteration our best desktop product ever, we spent a tremendous amount of time in design, development, and testing. Things have been going quite well, and we are very excited to get it out to our customers. However, we wanted to be 110% sure that this thing will work reliably in the real world even though it worked fine in our hands. Therefore, we’re conducting a short open beta for the v6, just to see how it works in the outside world.
Special Notes
Now, before heading to the download links below, I’d like to remind you that this is prerelease software, and it may contain glitches. So it’s not for everyone. If you are interested in trying it out, please be sure to back up your database(s) first. In the very unlikely event, you may experience data loss. Also, please do share with us about what you think about it, including any ideas, comments, and problems. We would LOVE to hear from you.
The database you used with the beta can be carried over to the official release, when it is officially released.
The beta download will close on February 10th, and the beta program will expire a few days after the official launch on February 20th, 2013. After that, you can upgrade your license to version 6, or roll back to Pagico Professional v5.3 at any time if you wish (the database will be backward-compatible).
